ROBERT KAYE
Mr. Kaye has been in the real estate business in New York City for twenty-five years. In 1979 he was co-founder of Joseph Realty, Inc., which specialized in the management and sales of brownstone and small commercial buildings. During Mr. Kaye’s six-year tenure, his firm sold and managed more than thirty buildings. In 1985 Mr. Kaye joined Sulzberger-Rolfe, Inc. a long established full service real estate company. Here he was able to observe and learn all aspects of building management, finance, and brokerage as offered by one of the industry giants. One of Mr. Kaye’s duties while at Sulzerberger Rolfe was to train new agents both experienced as well as inexperienced. Mr. Kaye’s creativity and knowledge combine to make him unparalleled in the residential building field.
FRANKLIN M. SPEISER
Mr. Speiser has been active in Manhattan residential real estate since 1983. Prior to entering the Manhattan residential market Mr. Speiser was in charge of property management for the New York City Department of General Services. He then held high-level positions with Sulzberger-Rolfe, Inc. and the Ziegelman Organization before forming R.F. Stuart, Real Estate with Robert Kaye in 1988. He has served on both the Residential Ethics and Governmental Affairs Committees at the Real Estate Board of New York and has been selected as an arbitrator for the Board as well. Mr. Speiser is knowledgeable in all aspects of cooperative apartment buildings and is a recipient of the Real Estate Board of New York’s Residential Star Award.
